The StorY

Yours Clothing are a plus size fashion retailer from the UK, with a fast-growing presence around the world. They specialise in selling fashionable and affordable clothing for women.

With the rising competition in the ecommerce fashion space, they wanted to increase awareness and sales by becoming industry leaders in this market, UK wide and globally.

In order to do this, the campaign needed to attract new customers and increase web traffic.

The Solution

When we set out to plan this campaign and retain Yours Clothing’s place as an industry leader, we had to take into consideration the after-effects that lockdown had caused the fashion industry. Many brands had moved online, creating more competition in an already crowded space. However, the insight we gathered would work in the brand’s favour:

It was predicted that the largest rise in footfall of +59% would be in high streets when stores reopened, and as Yours Clothing had physical stores, a digital campaign would place the brand front of mind for audience shopping in store.

Not only that, but consumers had also been more adventurous with brands during the lockdowns, and data showed 29% of shoppers purchased from different brands than usual, with 83% saying they will continue to shop with newly found brands in 2021. It was the perfect time to attract new customers to the brand- they were ready and willing.

With this data in mind and the client’s objectives, we chose a full funnel strategy- taking the audience from awareness to advocacy. It would assist in achieving brand growth through raising the awareness of what was on offer, acquiring new customers, driving sales and retaining those new customers.

The campaign ran on Programmatic and Paid Social across Facebook, and we managed their Pinterest activity. To push the campaign further, we ran on Facebook in the US and Spain, assisting in the brand’s worldwide growth.
