Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will own and manage client relationships and project delivery for the paid social team. Working with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach, accountability and commercial acumen to deliver for both our customers and our business.
Taking responsibility for planning, strategise, implementation and reporting on creative and successful paid social media campaigns across biddable channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more.
Responsible for analysing and optimising campaigns towards the appropriate KPIs and presenting results comprehensively to internal teams and clients.
—Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the delivery of all Paid Social Media accounts within the agency’s portfolio of accounts
Ensuring all accounts have a strategy in place to deliver against the client’s targets
Managing relationships with the key social platforms
Monitoring and understanding the income generated for the agency through Paid Social Media management
Working with the Account Management team to contribute positively to sales opportunities
Keeping the agency abreast of developments in the area of Social Media Advertising
Management and training of Paid Social Media Executives

Proven work experience in similar role (3 years’ experience minimum)

The Programmatic Manager will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation. This will involve managing multiple accounts against clients objectives, campaign set up and optimisations. As well as reporting and insights.
The candidate must be able to identify new opportunities or and potential weaknesses in strategies, communicating this effectively to account managers/ Head of Digital. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the major demand side platforms, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and preferably online trafficking experience with Campaign Manager 360.

Responsibilities:
Managing programmatic accounts: communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting and reporting as well as managing the executive support.
Working alongside agency stakeholders to manage, implement and deliver wider client projects on the likes of DMP, dynamic creative, multi-touchpoint attribution etc.
Identify opportunities that will drive and grow the programmatic department.
Manage campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines.
Supporting the Head of Digital on areas that will further MAG’s programmatic offering (e.g. improving campaign operation efficiency such as reporting automation, developing process/service such as new product adoption, case studies, etc).
Attend relevant internal, client, tech and supplier meetings as and when required.
Designing measurement solutions that demonstrate the efficacy of campaigns.
Contribution to New Business workflows (e.g. pricing rate cards/ brief documents /best practises)
Creation of reporting templates to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis to clients and AMs.

Qualifications:
Proficient in DV360 and Campaign Manager. Good understanding/experience in other DSPS would be ideal.

As a PPC Executive you will be expected to manage client campaigns under the supervision of the PPC Manager. You will be responsible for campaign set up, optimisations, reporting and insights. As the PPC Executive you’ll have the chance to work across some of the agency's key accounts and gain experience into the full channel mix.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Google Ad campaigns, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
